The Main Structure of QC11Y Series Hydraulic Guillotine Shear Machine with CE CNC (Standard)
1. The front feeding platform is equipped with ruler for the plate feeding; smooth on the surface to protect the plate when feeding. The ruler can be adapted to MM or any other unit for accurate control.
2. The working table is equipped with ball or round bar steel to support the plate into feeding.
3. The electronic box is equipped with certificated components. We use CE certificated Siemens or Schneider components for exportation machines but also high quality CCC certificated components to cater clients’ different needs.
4. The machine body steel is made of top brand steel plate provider Shanghai BAOSTEEL that is treated with anticorrosive paint before the final paint layer.
5. The blade material is rigorously tested 9CrSi or 6CrW2Si in order to provide high rigidity and cutting result. The up-blade is a rectangle blade with four blade edges which is different from QC12Y Swing Beam shear machine. The blade clearance can be adjusted both manually or with motor. The up-blade shaft uses tilting structure to allow shearing precision.
6. The machine is equipped with hydraulic hold downs to keep the plate stable when cutting; the hold-downs come with a nylon surface to protect the plate from marring.
7. For the gear pump is made by “straight conjugate internal gear pump” either made in China by Shanghai Chengjie or in Germany by Eckerler. The internal gear pump is considered as one of the best pumps in industry is widely used in high precision hydraulic machines because of its low-noise, no pulsation, and long lifetime. Shanghai Chengjie gear pump is also used in China’s aircraft industry.
8. The hydraulic system is mainly made by Germany Rexroth or USA OMG system. The return is controlled by nitrogen return cylinder with stable working process and easy in operation.
9. The machine comes equipped with fence protection door in front of the cutting blade and the foot press. The fence can be opened if needed. A three bearing rolling track is used In order to eliminate rail gap and enhance the shearing quality a three bearing rolling track is used.
For additional security, the machine can be equipped with full closed back side and/or light curtain.
