Hydraulic Press Brakes Available in Models from 28-176 Ton
CMF Offers a complete line of ruggedly built Press Brakes. They are built with crowning in the bed to help prevent the need for shimming. The frame is made using stress relieved rolled steel plates.
Hydraulic System
A compact hydraulic manifold system eliminates much of the piping required for interconnected valving. This also greatly reduces the possibility of leaks.
Controls
The Brake is controlled by a three stage foot switch, key selector for inch, full stroke and automatic stroke. Dual palm buttons are also mounted on the foot pedal stand. Auxiliary limit switch controls are utilized when not using mechanical depth stops
Overload Protection System
The system is set to allow 100% of working pressure. It will then go into an overload mode.
Adjustable Stroke and Speed Controls
Ram can be set very easily by simply by moving a cam on a slide at the side of the machine. The machine will automatically go into work speed on contact with the material.
Torsion Bar
CMF Press Brakes have massive torsion bars which insure parallelism and three running modes:
- Inching for setting up tools or fixturing.
- Singles stroke for repetitive work.
- Continuous stroke where high production is suggested.
Stroke Length Adjustment
CMF Press Brake requires adjustment only to the top of the stroke. The starting point of work speed is set automatically when the upper blade contacts the material. This eliminates time consuming work speed in the air.
Precision Slides
Ram is accurately guided with minimal clearance in long slide ways covered with replaceable, anti-friction material. Wear adjustment can be carried out at any time to insure continued precision.
