C Marshall Fabrication keeps growing!We are very pleased to announce that since adding BENDMAK single initial pinch and pyramid rolls as well as plasma burning machines last year we are now expanding our ever growing line of top quality metal working machines with new products.
As of March 1, 2011 we added ERMAKSAN as our new supplier of a full line of press brakes, shears, laser cutting and plasma burning machines, iron workers and corner notchers. ERMAKSAN has been manufacturing metal working machinery since 1965; they make annually approximately 3000 machines in their fully modernized and equipped 861000 ft2 factory. ERMAKSAN is today the largest sheet metal working machinery factory under one roof in Europe.
Especially, we are excited to introduce the EVOLUTION Hybrid Press Brake that is environmentally friendly with its minimum 60% average energy savings compared to conventional press brakes. It is also the most silent press brake in the market (63dB).
In addition to the ERMAKSAN line we are now marketing the EZ-Seam model WT 6/14 Weld Positioner (worldwide patent pending); this machine is an innovative solution specifically engineered to dramatically reduce the time required to perfectly position wind tower sections prior to the welding process. The EZ-Seam will reduce the positioning time with over 50%!
The EZ-Seam is manufactured in the US and has been in use for more than 6 years by a leading producer of Wind Towers and has only now become available to the general public.
Last but certainly not least we do of course still carry the MG plate roll line (2-roll, 3-roll, 4-roll and angle rolls) that we consider the best plate rolls on the market today. Since 1981 they have been supplying customers with plate rolls ranging in size from .020″ to 10″ in thickness and 20″ to 30′ in length.
